Delivery Process

After you place your order, our specialist delivery partners, Pure-Tec, will be notified of your purchase and will contact you with your tracking reference, normally the following day. Standard service, depending on location and when you order, is typically within three to five working days. However, as many of you will know, some challenges are being experienced, industry-wide, with delivery and freight services. We will always endeavour to do our best for customers so if you have an urgent delivery query or issue, please email hello@rogerblackfitness.com for same-day feedback. We appreciate that it can be frustrating to wait for a delivery but please be advised that third party delivery company rotas and schedules are outside of our control as a retailer.

WEEKEND QUERIES RE DELIVERY

If you have a query over a weekend, please don’t call 0345 222 1462 as this number is monitored Monday to Friday only, between 09:00 to 16:30. Please email hello@rogerblackfitness.com with weekend queries or please contact the delivery company help pages direct.

CHECK PERSONAL DETAILS

When you place your order, please ensure that you check your personal details (email, telephone and full delivery address). Roger Black Fitness cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect contact information. 

DELAYS

Delays may occur due to a Bank Holiday, an out-of-stock backlog or due to limited date/slot availability via Arrow XL and DX. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

From time to time, we will go out-of-stock with some product lines. During an out-of-stock period, we usually activate a pre-order sales campaign, and customers will be offered a 10% goodwill discount by way of a ‘thank you’. Please bear with us in terms of timings. We will keep the website up-to-date via this page (and also the product page).

UK Mainland Delivery

UK Mainland (3-5 Working Days – Standard) – £20.00 per item

UK mainland-only* delivery is offered via two main trusted providers, Arrow XL (‘Gold’ range) and DX (folding bikes), as follows, and managed by Pure-Tec Fitness:

ARROW XL 2-MAN DELIVERY – ALL PRODUCTS EXCEPT THE ROGER BLACK FOLDING BIKE

  • All ‘Gold/Easy Fold’ Roger Black Fitness products will be shipped via Arrow XL’s 2-man service and can take around 3-5 working days to arrive* once they are shipped
  • Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation emails from Roger Black Fitness and also an email from service@puretecfitness.com with your tracking number
  • Arrow XL will then collect your order from our Pure-Tec warehouse
  • Once they have your order, they will ring, email and/or text you to book a suitable delivery date – Please check Junk folders for email communication
  • The day before delivery, they will usually provide you with a time slot
  • When they arrive they will bring the order into a ground-floor room of choice
  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only**
  • If you want to track your order, please check your despatch email for the courier and tracking number and use the following Arrow XL website link ARROW XL

*Due to unforeseen and substantial increases in UK-wide base shipping costs (based on weight, ULEZ for London, fuel surcharges and other factors), Roger Black Fitness will only be shipping within the UK mainland, from December 2023 onwards. We continue to subsidise customer shipping wherever possible, based on a standard £20.00 per item UK mainland delivery charge. If customers have specific shipping requirements for outside mainland UK, please email hello@rogerblackfitness.com for a subject-to-availability quote.

DX 1-MAN DELIVERY – ROGER BLACK FITNESS FOLDING EXERCISE BIKES

  • We ship folding bikes on a 1-2 (minimum, and subject to postcode) working-day delivery option, once orders have been collected from our Pure-Tec warehouse
  • Deliveries take place between Monday to Friday only
  • Folding bikes are delivered to your front door only
  • Please note someone must be available to sign for the item and any changes to the delivery and/or address made between yourself and the courier are at your own risk
  • We cannot be held responsible for any issues that occur if changes to the delivery are made without our prior knowledge
  • If you wish to track your order, please use the tracking reference on an email received from service@puretecfitness.com via the following DX website link DX
  • If you have a query about your order or wish to cancel, please email service@puretecfitness.com or hello@rogerblackfitness.com with your full order details

REFUSED GOODS – NON-DELIVERY – UNWANTED ITEMS

Please note that cancelled/unwanted/refused orders that have already been despatched are subject to a £50.00 return fee, even if you have not accepted your order – please contact hello@rogerblackfitness.com for cancellation pre-authorisation.

Returns

Roger Black Fitness GOLD BIKE, GOLD TREADMILL, GOLD CROSS TRAINER, GOLD ROWER, EASY FOLD TREADMILL

  • Please email service@puretecfitness.com to facilitate a return for the above products
  • Please box up your product, ideally in the original packaging or multiple, labelled boxes
  • Please label each box or item with your SURNAME and POINT OF PURCHASE eg

SMITH/VIVUP OR SMITH/ROGERBLACKFITNESS.COM as examples

  • Product returns/Unwanted machines, once despatch details have been emailed, are charged at £50.00 per item*

Roger Black Fitness FOLDING BIKE

  • Collections are raised by contacting service@puretecfitness.com
  • Please box up your product, ideally in the original packaging as one unit
  • Please label the folding bike with your SURNAME and POINT OF PURCHASE eg SMITH/EXERCISE.CO.UK OR SMITH/ROGERBLACKFITNESS.COM as examples
  • The address for product returns is: Pure-Tec, Britannia Road, Goole DN14 6ET
  • Unwanted folding bike/returns are charged at £50.00 per return or collection for www.rogerblackfitness.com orders, once despatch information has been issued
  • From time to time, we may offer customers the option to dispose of a faulty machine themselves (or to donate it). This will help us with our carbon footprint
