How do I pay?

We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, all major credit cards and Klarna

There was a problem with my order, who should I contact?
Just email us at hello@rogerblackfitness.com. We will always do our best to keep up with each and every email, but if you don't hear back within 48 hours please send us another. The last thing we want is for you to feel dissatisfied or ignored.
Do you offer help with assembly?
Please go to our YouTube channel Roger Black Fitness where Roger shows you how to assemble each and every product!
  
Where can I get a digital copy of a product manual?
Either at the website or email hello@rogerblackfitness.com
 
How long is my Warranty?
One year from the date of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
 
Is there a helpline number for spare parts or issues with equipment?
The Roger Black Fitness Customer Service number is 0345 222 1462.
 
Who do I contact with a Roger Black product question or issue, relating to a product purchased before May 2021?
Please call Argos on 0345 600 1714.
 
Where can I find videos about the product range?
At the Roger Black Fitness YouTube channel.
 
How much space do I need to allow for around each product, when in use?
You need to allow a footprint of 0.6m around each product. There is a visual within the product manual.
 
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to valid postal addresses in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. We do not ship outside these areas.
We charge a standard rate of £15.00 for deliveries in England, Wales and Scotland. Due to the nature of the product, we are obliged to charge a higher rate for deliveries to addresses in the following areas:
Northern Ireland: £50.00
Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man: £85.00
Our delivery partner, ArrowXL, will contact you directly to arrange a suitable date and time for your delivery. Please ensure you provide an email address and phone number you currently use for them to contact you.

Are Roger Black Fitness products suitable for under-16’s to use?
All fitness equipment use should be carefully managed, under parental supervision, for under 16’s. When products are not in use, please unplug them from the mains and ensure that cables are not a trip hazard for adults, children and pets.
 
Do you offer any discounts for NHS or similar?
We offer a 5% single purchase discount for NHS staff. Please email us from your NHS email account, with your NHS number, at hello@rogerblackfitness.com

They are runners crossing the finishing line.
 
Who does the Roger Black Fitness range appeal to?
Everyone, especially if you are limited on space, are exercising for the first time or have health challenges and need to increase your home exercise. We are an inclusive brand and whilst our Gold Exercise Bike and Gold Treadmill are designed for higher impact exercise, our products do not currently feature interactive technology.
